Very happy with this app and the customer service is amazing! The developers helped me with the complete integration as well as connecting my reviews to my seo search results.

They also always respond very quickly to my emails and are always happy to assist.

Okendo is a wonderful app. I like how comprehensive it is even on the free plan. The product and profile attributes are wonderful and great for my client's brand. I ran into a little issue and Josh from CS helped me out quickly.

The fact that we can get very specific feedback from customers on our products... and give them light profiles is MASSIVE for our conversion and product credibilty.

But, one thing you wouldn't think of is how great their customer service is. After trying out a lot of apps... these guys are par-none! Notably, for the last few weeks, we've been chatting with Josh... and every question we have, he has a solution! And, he, along with others, are crazy fast at responding. It's insane!
