I like the functionality of the app, and I feel like it would provide a great benefit for my customer. The reason why I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 5 stars is that support isn't available until after the Free Trial is over. Again, it's about providing my customer with a good experience so I'll stick with the app but receiving daily emails about problem areas with the app and being left alone to figure out how to address them stinks.

Amazing experience with Okendo so for, I love the app and features. I did not like that they offer only in the higher packages the google integrations, more email sequences that are quite vital in the small package for a small business.

After looking at literally *every* review app on the app store (including ones starting with Y, J, L, S - you name it...which took days!) and preparing to accept many compromises, I came across Okendo and it is hands down the best review app there is. Simple to use with the ability to easily moderate reviews and reward customers. A big shout out as well to Josh. My widgets weren't displaying correctly (due to some bad code in my theme) and he was able to fix it via chat. He also explained how to get store reviews to come up and then helped me set them up. I couldn't have asked for more.

Okendo has provided a really smooth onboarding experience, with an incredible customer support. Quick to answer and lightening fast with tailored fixes for our needs. Had the pleasure of talking with Josh, and he has helped us tremendously with our solution.

The display widget looks stunningly, clean and creates and instant feeling of trust. Best looking display of all the product reviews I have come across!

A future request would be better pricing on the Google Seller and Google product ratings. Klaviyo Review includes Google Product Ratings for a much lower price, so to be competitive it would be great with a similar plan and solution. Just a heads up, because Klaviyo has just begun with there's review solution which for a lot of Klaviyo users offers full compatible with there e-mail marketing, and would be a no-brainer when it's fully optimized. :)

Scott & the APAC team had looked after us from day 1 as a Shopify Plus merchant. We felt well looked after and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. The features are all world-class however I believe another major benefit to Okendo is there support team that really goes above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Scott & team!

Do not buy!!!

The worst plugin I've come across and one of the worst customer loyalty I've received!!!!!

I worked so hard to get my reviews with authentic photos and everything, and just one day everything was deleted but still on the site it says that I actually have reviews, you can access one of the products to see its rating and the number of reviews, but it was possible to see the reviews themselves so you'll understand what a funny situation it says that the product is rated With 5 reviews with an average of 4.8 but when I come to see the reviews it says they don't exist

This is also what I tried to explain to customer service but they just don't understand and they gave me some kind of solution that the reviews came back without pictures of the products that the customers took and all the customers are called Anonymous, shocking customer service at least they answer but without a real solution and who like you know how long it takes to get reviews

Do not install it!

Hi CookUpgrade,

The original 110 reviews were submitted via the write a review button all using the same email address. Shortly thereafter, a redaction request was submitted to Shopify for that specific email address.

Given Okendo’s strict adherence to Shopify’s data protection compliance, when we receive a redaction request for an email address we are required to do the following:
-Remove the email address from every review for that customer
-Change the name to "Anonymous" for every review for that customer
-Remove the media from every review for that customer
-Reject every review submitted by that customer
