Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Awesome. Great value proposition. Excellent customer service. Not sure why anyone would still be using yotpo at this point. Okendo rocks!

Okendo is a great app to organize reviews for your store. They are very helpful with implementing carousels onto your home page, as well as many landing pages as requested and in a timely manner.

The unique thing about Okendo is how it allows the reviewer to add their social profile photo. This adds credibility to the review and was the main reason we switched from another service.

We have been using this app for last 10 months and it is the best app for reviews. Okenda best value for money Reviews app in the market. We were using Yotpo for last 4 years and every year they kept increasing the price when it comes to renewal.

Their customer service has been flawlessly helpful in migrating and they did everything we asked for. Lastly, this app works perfectly without any issue whereas Yotpo always breaks down and we have to keep constantly raise the issue with their helpdesk.

We've been using Okendo for almost 3 years now. The initial setup and merging of our existing reviews were all take care of seamlessly without any involvement from our side. Their ongoing support over the years and flexibility is second to none. The customer attribute feature is one of their standout features for us. They are constantly adding new features and the recent integration with Klaviyo is definitely a must have. This is one of the must have apps for any store using Shopify!

Works seamlessly, sends customers coupons for pictures and videos in their reviews... Pricing is extremely competitive to the big boys. Loved working with Matt and his team. Love this app! It has all the functionality you would want or need with a review app and it's so easy to use and customize. The customer service team has been such a huge help. Highly recommend!
