Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've seen really great results so far with Okendo. It's easy to navigate and the support team is very responsive and helpful.

Great customer service, app is so user friendly and it's been able to do everything we wanted (link to our loyalty program, add UGC to our product pages) and more!

the support is non existent. no tel support and the chat goes to Philippines that do not know anything or provide wrong information. literary spent 8 hours trying to get an answer cause it is 11 am here but 3 am there and they go to sleep after every time they reply, and you need to continue messaging trying to wake them up!

Getting started is easy—and definitely wasn't expecting to hear from a person, not a bot! Still a bit of a learning curve (like any tool), but a few hours in and I'm already excited about the experience I can give customers

We switched from Stamped to Okendo and the number of reviews jumped overnight. Okendo is not only great at collecting reviews but it makes your store review sections much more legit and unique. Onboarding was efficient. The support team is friendly and fast. Great company, great people. We are super happy we made the switch. Recommend 10/10
