Okendo is the best reviews app! I have tried every referral app in the Shopify app store, and this is my favorite. I have installed it for multiple clients. The referrals are affordable and easy to set up. I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. And the support was kind enough to provide me with a code snippet to customize my fonts and colors.

I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Additionally, their plugin is really user-friendly and flexible. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different.

First, Okendo's customization options are stronger than those of other plugins. Second, the review page designed by Okendo makes users feel that the website is more professional (because their templates are incredibly powerful). Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use.

I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.
