Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Incredible customer support and personalized attention. The platform itself is top notch however the support that is offered at every step or every implementation is best-in-class. Our account manager Brittany and tech lead Garrett are always responsive, informed and engaged any time we have a need. Highly recommend.

I am not the most techy so all these new platforms can be daunting. I find the Okendo app mostly user friendly--but any time I get stuck, the customer service team works very hard to fix the issue or help me move things forward. They are quick, easy and fun to work with.

Karen Vargas and the team made the process exquisite! I love the ease of use and quick changes that can be made on the website. The integration was basically seamless. The team at Okendo took alot of my migration from a different platform in their own hands and rocked it. I am excited to continue to grow my loyalty and review program!

Migrating onto Okendo for Product Reviews was pretty much a breeze, with some very helpful assists from the Onboarding team (shoutout Karen)! It's also been great working with Okendo to put together a Product Reviews plan that works for our business, with features we need, when we need them. Love this flexibility!

We had a shipping snafu and had to un-fulfill / cancel / re-fulfill a bunch of orders, and that made them ineligible for the sequence, because I forgot to hit "start" exactly on time. Oops. Jay at Okendo helped me understand what happened, and then did a quick and easy courtesy manual send to the few customers who missed the review request emails. Had a good interaction with the onboarding specialist too.

Laura was such a great help in the customer support side, she gave us a throughout auditing and was very proactive. We are really happy with Okendo, it's easy to use and give us plenty of options for customizations.

I recently made the switch to Okendo and couldn't be happier, the ease of use, UI/UX are incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially compared to some of the other platforms I've worked with.

They have an outstanding customer support team. From onboarding to ongoing account management, the experience has been seamless.

From our initial few calls with Alex, onboarding with Alannah, and making the most of our account with Ana, we've had a perfect experience with this app! Our requirements haven't been the most straightforward but the team have been ridiculously helpful and held our hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend, especially if your current app isn't up to standards as ours wasn't.

Great on-boarding experience lead by Kelsey and Elias! The integration process was so smooth for our team. Really appreciate the attention to detail through it all! The design of the platform feels intuitive and easy to use. It's been an easy transition for our team.
