Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We just launched for Reviews and our experience through the sales and onboarding process was nothing short of spectacular! One of the best companies I've worked with thus far. Sales was attentive, informative, transparent, and not pushy. Rebecca in onboarding is simply amazing! We felt so well taken care of. She was attentive to our needs, patient, proactive and respectful of our bandwidth limitations. She went above and beyond in her responsiveness and follow through items. I cannot say enough good things about this partnership thus far. The reviews look great and we're seeing fantastic results! Highly recommend this app and company.

Believe the hype! We first came across Okendo a few years back when we were considering leaving YotPo and almost pulled the trigger. 2-3 years later we revisited the conversation and realized that Okendo had only gotten more impressive while YotPo continued to frustrate us with the same issues it always had. Moving to Okendo has been one of the best tech stack pivots we've made at Apt2B of late. Their team is extremely hands-on and available and awesome to work with. We have been working with them for months on the integration, switch and eventual launch and it's been nothing but awesome. Margaux, our rep, has been fantastic and very patient (because integrations are never as easy as one would hope, especially when one is picky). There isn't a better review platform available to Shopify stores. With Okendo, you have a Shopify-first application that is dialed in and will continue to be nimble enough to grow. Really amazing experience with Okendo. Their technology is the best on the market for ratings and reviews, coupled with a fantastic account team that's super hands-on in setting you up and very responsive through email or Zoom meetings. (Thank you, Allison!) Their platform is super customizable and integrates incredibly well with Klaviyo for a really awesome customer experience (for review request emails). Okendo has been my favorite vendor that we brought on in 2020.

Okendo has been one of the best experiences working with Shopify App developers so far! The entire process from first contact to merging our reviews from the old review app to modifying details in our setup was top-notch and did not leave any room for complaints whatsoever. We were introduced to the product in an extended video session with discussing our personal setting and evaluation of how to best use Okendo in our specific given scenario. After that, the customer service team merged all of our old reviews into Okendo - more or less instantly. After configuring the basic options, we had tons of questions and modification requests, which were handled immediately and professionally, with extreme patience and friendliness.

Not only does the Okendo widget look great on our website - the back end interface does not leave any open questions either: it's intuitive, easy to use, almost self-explanatory by still maintaining all necessary options and details to configure all reviews in regards to your personal needs. All in all we highly recommend giving Okendo a try if you want to scale your review section to levels you might not even have thought about before; you will certainly not be disappointed! For our site, Okendo was an absolute game changer!

Great review plugin. Very flexible and customizable. Plug and play. Works out the box. I actually forgot I installed it and I had reviews flowing in. We are all busy, so tech that just works without human assistance is just lovely.
What makes this plugin even better, is the superior support. 7pm after hours I got an instant chat back. Okendo gets my stamp of approval.
