Great app, excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an easy-to-use, easy to integrate reviews app.

Highly recommend! I love the variety of features from Okendo! From adding attributes to your reviews to the product quizzes, I love it all! Plus they have top-tier customer service. I had a very helpful one-on-one demo of the full Okendo suite (Thanks Matt!). After the demo, they even helped me set up everything on my site. (Thanks Angelica & Team!) So very helpful! I highly recommend!

Having tried almost all of the other popular and heavily advertised apps, they all had slight issues. A lot of them slowed my website down horrendously, or didn't look great or had a poorly crafted customer experience. I've now had Okendo for about 6 months, and I love it, my customers love it, my website speed loves it, and my reviews are now displaying properly on google. I think it's a tiny bit more expensive than the other apps - but it is well worth it - It just works, and the support team (who I've only really had to contact because I upgraded my theme or hadn't read the excellent support material fully) are so responsive and quick to help.

Amor is fantastic! She is very communicative and helpful. As for the app itself, it pretty much goes above and beyond other review apps in my opinion. Nothing to complain about.

The onboarding was fantastic! Especially with the help of Allison, our onboarding manager. Okendo app is awesome! It's user-friendly, it integrates easily with the Klaviyo flows.
