Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. I had the pleasure of working with Laura who has analyzed our store and provided recommendations to optimize our performance.

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. Recently, we had a few questions about modifying reviews and adjusting their appearance on our site. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure everything looked perfect.
