This app has been a game-changer for my store! The features are top-notch and have made collecting and showcasing reviews so much easier. Okendo has been a great solution for capturing reviews for our company, and their support team is very helpful! I recently was having trouble figuring out how to code a dynamic review block in a Klaviyo email flow, and Shiela patiently helped me find a solution.

She took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and where I was running into issues. And when it wasn't an easy answer, she worked with their tech team to come up with a solution. I appreciated her following through until we had a satisfactory solution!

Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use.

I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.

It works well and they will help you promptly with any issue.
