This app is simple and powerful. It caters to all your store's needs plus the customer support was prompt and helpful. Paulo quickly addressed the issue that i didn't understand in under 5 minutes.
I was puzzled by the distorted display of my reviews, so I reached out to support and received a reply in just 3-5 minutes. Luigi was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I highly recommend this app.

I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Additionally, their plugin is really user-friendly and flexible. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different.
First, Okendo's customization options are stronger than those of other plugins. Second, the review page designed by Okendo makes users feel that the website is more professional (because their templates are incredibly powerful). Third, their customer service team's response efficiency is outstanding! Therefore, I sincerely recommend Okendo!

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid.
Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.
It's a great app with great customer support. Ask for Amanda as your success manager and you will not regret it. app is really flexible and you can do a lot of things, and integration/syndication with other platforms is a must.
