Very easy, yet effective review app with outstanding customer service (compared to lots of other competitors!). We've been working with Okendo since almost 2 years and I can vouch for the team jumping on every support request within a heart beat. The app is very simple to implement and is an absolute non-brainer for improving your social proof. Very easy for customers to use as well, we love especially that we can integrate our loyalty system to incentivise customers for reviewing. 11/10 recommend!

Okendo is a great app to organize reviews for your store. They are very helpful with implementing carousels onto your home page, as well as many landing pages as requested and in a timely manner.

The unique thing about Okendo is how it allows the reviewer to add their social profile photo. This adds credibility to the review and was the main reason we switched from another service.

We have been using this app for last 10 months and it is the best app for reviews. Okenda best value for money Reviews app in the market. We were using Yotpo for last 4 years and every year they kept increasing the price when it comes to renewal.

Their customer service has been flawlessly helpful in migrating and they did everything we asked for. Lastly, this app works perfectly without any issue whereas Yotpo always breaks down and we have to keep constantly raise the issue with their helpdesk.

Their ongoing support over the years and flexibility is second to none. The customer attribute feature is one of their standout features for us. They are constantly adding new features and the recent integration with Klaviyo is definitely a must have. This is one of the must have apps for any store using Shopify!
