The integration between Shopify and Okendo is outstanding and I found it very easy to import reviews from another source. The turnaround time is amazing too-In just a matter of an hour or two the reviews were live on our page. Margaux from Okendo is such a pleasure to work with. Very easy, yet effective review app with outstanding customer service (compared to lots of other competitors!). We've been working with Okendo since almost 2 years and I can vouch for the team jumping on every support request within a heart beat. The app is very simple to implement and is an absolute non-brainer for improving your social proof. Very easy for customers to use as well, we love especially that we can integrate our loyalty system to incentivise customers for reviewing. 11/10 recommend!
