Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo is great and the customer service is even better. The app does what we need it to do without issues. Easy for our team to use.

We used an established Shopify Review Platform for about 12 months before trying Okendo. Then we were forced to upgrade our version to include customer photo reviews which increased the price of the competitor platform exponentially. The feature upgrade was not seamless and I was very disappointed with their (YotPo's) new pricing and we were not really developing a great review platform as we desired and were ready to go back to standard Shopify reviews. The move to Okendo has been fantastic. Their integration with Shopify is seamless, the ease to install and configure the review system and most importantly price cannot be matched. The ability to configure reviews specifically to suit our business has been fantastic and a real differentiator vs. our competitors (until they started using same and copied!!). We have Okendo integrated with Smile.IO (our loyalty program) - and this has smoothed how we reward our customers for reviews. Overall it is has been running for years now without a problem, support is quick and they are always evolving. Importantly, we have not experienced a price gauge from Okendo and they have for most part our original pricing & features which is admirable. We are about to integrate with Omnisend - will see how this goes but hoping it adds even more value.

This app is very easy to use, very user friendly. As for software devt. experience and troubleshooting, I want to commend Scott for always giving quality customer service experience. We're always attended with prompt response, quick resolution as well. Cheers team! Thanks.

Since adding in Okendo, we have doubled our reviews, synced all our reviews together and created a stronger online presence. With the added features of combining all reviews of one product, we are converting better on our store and educating customers. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Okendo has been a gamechanger for us. We started with a different *very expensive* review app and onboarding was clunky and not great. We ended up switching to Okendo on a whim to save money, but also we liked what the backend looked like as it seemed cleaner and little bit easier to manage. The onboarding team, dev team, and customer support were all great! Allison, my customer success manager has been so on top of getting us moving, she sometimes waited on me for an answer! We have a super custom website, so fitting the reviews into our theme made me worried, but it was a breeze for them. I can't recommend Okendo enough! Their pricing is fair, their team is awesome, and my customers have an easy time leaving reviews (which helps us so much!).

Okendo is fantastic. Moving to Okendo from our previous review platform was a great decision. For the same rate we now get unlimited reviews, a much more flexible display and amazing customer service. Can't fault it.

Believe the hype! We first came across Okendo a few years back when we were considering leaving YotPo and almost pulled the trigger. 2-3 years later we revisited the conversation and realized that Okendo had only gotten more impressive while YotPo continued to frustrate us with the same issues it always had. Moving to Okendo has been one of the best tech stack pivots we've made at Apt2B of late. Their team is extremely hands-on and available and awesome to work with. We have been working with them for months on the integration, switch and eventual launch and it's been nothing but awesome. Margaux, our rep, has been fantastic and very patient (because integrations are never as easy as one would hope, especially when one is picky). There isn't a better review platform available to Shopify stores. With Okendo, you have a Shopify-first application that is dialed in and will continue to be nimble enough to grow. Super great app to incorporate reviews for products. Okendo allows shops to customize requests and bring in UGC which are impactful for conversion!
