Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo has been our product review app for over 3 years now - their growth of current and new features, top-notch support, affordable plans and efficiency of their platform keep us loyal. I would and do highly recommend Okendo.

Just launch yesterdayn and we were able to get approximtely 50 new reviews wit the initial email blast. Looking forward to see where this is going to lead us.

Reading and responding to reviews is very easy. I had a question about review emails and using Okendo or Klaviyo and Angel was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. Walking Cradles is a very satisfied customer!

We had a very smooth transition onto Okendo. Their documentation is clear and the UX of the app is intuitive. Additionally, our Customer Success Manager is approachable and attentive. Okendo "just works". It was cheaper and less bloated than all the competitors. All the product pages have shining reviews with product photos and videos. We love it!

We're a Shopify+ store switching over from a long run with Yotpo. I've been impressed with the level of service given throughout the exploratory calls, onboarding and now implementation phases of our experience with Okendo. I'm a fan of the deep integration with other apps I'm using and the value vs the alternatives costing much more and much less is what I've been most impressed with. Okendo strikes a great balance between feature set, usability, and pricing. You've got yourself a new fan!

Update: 4 years in and we are still very happy with the app and the support that Okendo provides us.

I've been using Okendo for several weeks now and I'm very pleased with all the new reviews coming in. They basically did the install for me after getting some details about my business. So far I would highly recommend it.
