Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Excellent from the initial demo through publishing Okendo live on our site. While we were very happy with our past reviews platform, it didn't afford us the opportunity to add custom forms and attributes in such an attractive layout. Our site's overall professional feel was vastly improved and customers can now feel more confident purchasing after reading the measurements of other women with body types similar to their own. This app is a no-brainer and while we even worked with YotPo for years, Okendo far exceeds them in regards to the care they have for their clients, dedicated support staff, customizability, and user-friendly interface. UPDATE: Okendo continues to prove to be the best of the best with superior customer service. They've gone above and beyond to be there for Midori anytime we need it. We've been using Okendo since it launched. I was very interested in what they were offering since their competitor's rates for these services were beyond our budget and frankly didn't make sense for a small company like ours. Their customer service is personal and attentive and the features they offer for the price are excellent value. They were able to seamlessly port all of our prior reviews over to their app, so nothing was lost in the transition. Personally, I think there is great value in having highly visible customer reviews on each product page. We are an artisan skincare company and for new buyers who aren't able to try our products in a store, customer reviews are an integral part of making on-line sales. I have a number of customers who also like to take advantage of the reward system for leaving reviews. An excellent app for very fair price!

Switched to Okendo from Yotpo. Interface is much cleaner, no bugs to date (constantly had issues on Yotpo), and support is super helpful.

The on-boarding experience was very smooth with structured interactions to begin with to understand the requirements, continuous updates during the implementation and quick responses to support questions during the launch time. The app's UI is clutter-free and very easy to comprehend and use. We would strongly recommend using Okendo's review pp with Shopify stores.

We were looking for a new platform and this app combined several of the things we wanted: a solid review system that displays nicely, supports video and photo reviews, product FAQ, and sliding scale product attributes. It's a tall order to ask any single system to cover all of these nicely, let alone at a reasonable price. We love that all of these are just part of the Okendo system and all integrate so cleanly. There were several other features that we only discovered as we worked through installation, like detailed email flows, Klaviyo integration, and customer attributes. All valuable additions that are just gravy on top of an already excellent system. And finally, what might be the most important part of any service: the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Integration was excellent and they were always available to help with questions and concerns. I wish every Shopify app had this level of support and dedication. A+ all around, and for a MUCH better price than other well known review platforms.

We switched over from another reviews platform due to Okendo's their pricing and easy integration. On-boarding was very smooth and Margaux was an excellent account manager.

I got this app in order to add an intuitive review app at my shop page. At first, I was lost since I don't know anything about coding and liquid language. However, Okendo CS team remotely installed the app properly! It was the best experience I ever had with shopify app services. The design and functions regarding reviews can definitely a way of increasing the sale for us! I totally satisfy with what Okendo provide for us and highly satisfied!
