Okendo and their stellar Account Management and Support teams have been increasingly important for our business. The platform works as expected, it is easy to install and configure, and new features and offerings are added often to ensure merchant success. Highly recommend.

Robust features. Automated the review request & reward process. Support is sincere in helping with issues. App also showing progress with better integrations.

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews on our products for the past 3+ years, and my experience has been seamless. Recently I chatted with customer service to apply updates for a new version of our website, and they were a pleasure to deal with - very prompt replies and finished the work in less time than predicted. Highly recommend!

A little expensive but I love this app and the great support that they offer. They allow me to collect the reviews I need to grow my store.

We migrated our 3 shopify plus stores from yotpo to okendo and we couldn't be happier. In addition to the dramatic cost savings, the customer support is incredible. Features wise, we see almost the same capabilities between yotpo and okendo, with key usage of everything we need and nothing that we don't. Highly recommend.
