Okendo was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. We've experienced seamless support from onboarding a almost 2 years ago to present day, where we are expanding past reviews and exploring other capabilities like loyalty. Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use.

I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.

Okendo is the best reviews app! I have tried every referral app in the Shopify app store, and this is my favorite. I have installed it for multiple clients. The referrals are affordable and easy to set up. I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. And the support was kind enough to provide me with a code snippet to customize my fonts and colors.

The customer support team, specifically Juan, was quick to respond and resolve our issue.
