The app is good and also great customer support Juan who assisted with basically all I needed.

Fast response times, and great app

the best! quick support, easy to use interface. Quizzes are awesome, too!

The tool is intuitive but if you have a question the customer service team is super response and no question felt too silly to ask.

We had a lot of problems with the app trying to import past reviews from the obsolete Shopify review app. It was quite a headache. And then the reviews would not show on the product pages. Eventually, support was extremely helpful and Luiqi helped a whole hour to correct all errors!

We've had great customer service with many reps over the years, recently we reached out for help on uploading some files & received assistance from Laura - she was very fast on response & identify the issues immediately. We love the platform & service, A+

Okendo is incredibly user-friendly, and the customization options allowed us to tailor the review widgets to perfectly match our brand.
