Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo is fantastic.

We've used a number of different service/product review apps, and Okendo is hands-down the best we've used. To top it off, the level of service we received from the team has always surpassed our expectations.

We were able to pull in our reviews from a number of previous sources and migrate them to Okendo. The enhanced information we are now able to glean from customers is great for us and for potential buyers. Being able to have slider ratings for values like 'value for money', 'fit, 'quality' is so useful, and all these can be customised by collection, so you can specify exactly what review information you want.

The widget is clean and can be customised. Review schema is inserted, so rich snippets pull through to the SERP. It integrates with Shopify Discounts, so offering discounts as an incentive for reviews is easy. They also provided us with an XML feed of our reviews, which was easy to integrate into our Google Merchant Account, and pull the reviews through to Google Shopping PLA's.

Okendo is enterprise ready, but priced super competitively. This platform will definitely disrupt the industry, and challenge Bazaar Voice, Reviews, Power Reviews, Yotpo etc etc.

We are delighted to be one of the early users of Okendo, and we are very excited about some soon to be released futures, particularly Q&A, which will be so helpful for our customers.

We've used a lot of Shopify apps - Okendo is at the very top of our list. The integration with our website was clean, professional and on-brand. The interface is super intuitive to use. But what stands out the most is the onboarding with our Customer Success Manager. Allison went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of Okendo. And she is there to support us as we continue to grow. Go with Okendo, you won't regret it.

I am slowly learning to use this app - I am finding it quite straightforward. Customer Service has been great and are really quick to respond and find a solution.

We recently transitioned from Yotpo and have really enjoyed working with Okendo - the customer service is excellent and it has great features that are easy to implement! We'd really like to see more customization options for the email sends, but otherwise a really great tool!

Okendo is the way to go for customer reviews as nearly every thing is customizable and the attribute ratings are super powerful. Terrific customer service and very easy to implement. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

Okendo is great. We love the attributes to help our help our users find the perfect product. We also love the email sequencing.
