Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Best reviews app on Shopify. The way its reviews integrate with quizzes, surveys, and loyalty makes it very powerful.

When I tried the test review, we received 5 emails after reviewing each product. Paulo confirmed that orders are produced per order, not per product reviewed. We're very excited to launch our business with Okendo as our trusted review partner and are very impressed with their integration with Google Shopping, which I can't find offered with many other Shopify integrations on the app store. We feel this will be a great asset to our marketing campaigns and look forward to receiving customer feedback through reviews on our own website!

I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. They're quick to respond and almost immediately solve my questions/problems. They're always willing to go above and beyond for you.You need a good vendor like this to get your business up & running!
