Great support and help from Okendo to get the software installed and troubleshoot any issues. It has already helped us increase the number of reviews we have.
The team at Okendo have been fantastic at keeping us up to date with the installation, explaining the process and helping with any customer support we have needed.
Very friendly onboarding experience and the process of getting started was very streamlined, easy and well thought out. Okendo is a dream! Its ease of use and user friendly customisation is parallel to none, love how easily it can be integrated to the look of the website and our brand image.
I was having a hard time installing and embedding the widget, their chat support was prompt and fixed the issue

Amazing reviews app. The UI is way better then competitors, and we are getting more reviews with more UGC since we switched to Okendo. Also, the pricing is way better for scaling then what we used before. Also, the support team is amazing, and the set up was super easy. If you aren't using Okendo yet, it is a no brainer, get it.
Super rapide ! Disponibles. Okendo fait le set up pour vous. Bon vu le prix c'est bien, mais l'équipe est vraiment à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement !
