Fantastic app with fantastic customer service! The reviews widgets spruce up our site and to be able to sync our reviews with FB/IG is great. I hope that syndication with TikTok is added soon but they are always making changes and it is easy enough to import them manually.

So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. Also, the dev team quickly helped me out and fixed a few glitches I had integrating the app.

The best reviews up we've used to date! These guys have built an incredible platform, and even their latest "Connect" product is awesome for creating surveys (we use them post-purchase to capture NPS).

You can tell when a store is doing well, if they care about their customers, and if they know the importance of UGC, by the reviews app they use. Okendo is that app.

Since we’ve installed Okendo as our reviews platform, we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of reviews we collect! Our customers like how easy it is to ask a question and see pictures from other customers. We love the ability to collect customer attributes and incorporate them into our email marketing with Klaviyo. And they provide the best support I’ve ever seen—Amanda is awesome!!! Okendo should be on anyone’s short list when vetting reviews platforms. They offer a great feature set at much better value than other options.

When we launched our site, Okendo was the software we turned to for product reviews. On our other sites we've tried shopify's native reviews, then yotpo and also some other stuff. We like Okendo the best. Great app for product reviews!
