Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Great application with great customer service from the Okendo team. They are quick with responses and regularly reach out to offer one-on-one sessions on optimizing & improving the Okendo experience for our customers.

The forward facing review system is simple to setup and easy for customers to use, making for increased review rates, and in turn better conversion for our store.

Best reviews app on Shopify. The way its reviews integrate with quizzes, surveys, and loyalty makes it very powerful.

Wow, Okendo has probably the best support and free plan on shopify. An outstanding platform! Works great, plenty of customization in how you request reviews from customers and how you display them on the site. Most important is that it looks great on the site. Support has been consistently s top-notch.... Juan logged onto our site and quickly fixed things after another dev broke things :)

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid.
Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.

Paulo from Okendo was fantastic - he gave a fast response and answered our query with great customer service. We had a query regarding the use of coupons as review rewards. When I tried the test review, we received 5 emails after reviewing each product. Paulo confirmed that orders are produced per order, not per product reviewed. We're very excited to launch our business with Okendo as our trusted review partner and are very impressed with their integration with Google Shopping, which I can't find offered with many other Shopify integrations on the app store. We feel this will be a great asset to our marketing campaigns and look forward to receiving customer feedback through reviews on our own website!
