Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Very helpful and efficient customer service 10/10

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid.
Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.

The best review platform for Shopify without question. What sets Okendo apart, other than the mega amounts of functinality and personalisation even on the lowestplan, is its support.
We installed for our site and Josh was an absolute legend and helped get Okendo up and running with a number of personalisations.

Very helpful customer service, always get back to me super quickly. Can't fault them! App is pretty intuitive. Wish you could create review carousels from your groups in the theme editor, but they do get the dev work for you quickly so it's not too much of an issue.

Wow, Okendo has probably the best support and free plan on shopify. An outstanding platform! Their customer service is exceptional—quick, super helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues. The support team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly for us, and their prompt responses truly made a difference. Plus, the free plan lets you try all the most important functions without feeling restricted, which is a huge bonus. We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. When we needed help with the initial setup, they jumped in and got everything running smoothly right away. Unlike most apps, Okendo's team is incredibly hands-on. Recently, we had a few questions about modifying reviews and adjusting their appearance on our site. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure everything looked perfect. He seamlessly updated the aesthetics of our reviews, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

App works very well on several stores, support is top notch (especially Daniel- super fast response, knows the app & outside integrations), which is rare in my 9 years of running Shopify stores and admin'ing dozens of apps.

Works great, plenty of customization in how you request reviews from customers and how you display them on the site. Most important is that it looks great on the site. Support has been consistently s top-notch.... Juan logged onto our site and quickly fixed things after another dev broke things :)
