Really excited about Okendo and its ability to create the best experience for us and our customers. The integration with other apps like Postscript and Klaviyo is the reason we switched and their Customer Onboarding and Support is the reason we will stay!

The on-boarding experience was very smooth with structured interactions to begin with to understand the requirements, continuous updates during the implementation and quick responses to support questions during the launch time. The app's UI is clutter-free and very easy to comprehend and use. We would strongly recommend using Okendo's review pp with Shopify stores.

Brilliant service - Okendo has really helped our brand with conversion. Okendo is the best review collection app on the Shopify app store. Not only is it priced extremely fairly but the backend is so aesthetic and easy to use. Everything is so customizable and their support team is amazing. They reply very quickly and have solved every problem we have run into. Highly recommend!
