Okendo is everything I wanted in a reviews app and the staff were so kind as to help me customize its appearance it to my store!
We looked at a lot of options when deciding on a Product Reviews, UGC (and Customer Survey) app. We tried a well-known competitor's app and quickly realized we had made a mistake. It was buggy and the customer support was dismal.
What a relief it was to work with Okendo. The process - from sales to implementation and setup - was among the best we've seen. Okendo even supported us with integration with other apps - going as far as helping to setup a flow sequence in the other app. We love working with this innovative company and would highly recommend them.
I've been using Okendo since June 2019 and I think it's FIVE STAR PLUS!! Simple and great support, and I reply to every review we get, good or bad, and we publish 99% of them!
So far, so good.
I like the load time. It is a bit complicated to setup. But seems to be worth it.
There seem to have more features that I'm not using yet. So yeah, the app is great but needs figuring.
I like the functionality of the app, and I feel like it would provide a great benefit for my customer. The reason why I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 5 stars is that support isn't available until after the Free Trial is over. Again, it's about providing my customer with a good experience so I'll stick with the app but receiving daily emails about problem areas with the app and being left alone to figure out how to address them stinks.
