We have recently migrated our loyalty program over to Okendo and have been blown away with the support we have been given from the team. Scott and Alannah always went above and beyond with helping us build, migrate and launch our program and we simply couldn't have done it without them. They stepped us through the process, and contributed a lot of time and resources to ensure we were ready to go under our 2 week turnover.
The Okendo app is incredibly more user friendly than our previous platform, Loyalty lion, and we have already seen developments in the backend, analytics and front end customisation since our launch and feel comforted about the speed of their developments and improvements.
I was skeptical about Okendo when we first did an upgrade to all the bells and whistles. But now that we are using all the features, it made our website great and engaging especially to our most loyal customers. Great customer service as well. I had a recent optimization call with Laura Gomez and she helped me understand how to use the features even more. When you're paying a good amount of money for an app here on Shopify, it's good to have a good support system to go with it. Thanks Okendo.
Okendo is such a great platform. It allows us to keep track of all our reviews and they have a bunch of other cool features that makes engaging with our customers super smooth. Our Account Manager Amanda is great and super knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Okendo!
The app is so easy to use and learn. A lot of cool features are available which make our work easy. The meeting we'd with Laura was so much productive, Laura is objective and help us a lot to update some options in our online stores. A great help to get more reviews. She was awesome and shared a lot of useful information, also made sure to answer all of our questions and doubts.
We've been using Okendo Reviews for over 2 years and have been using the Loyalty program for at least 6 months. Everything works well, has great integration with Shopify and support is very good. The support side is getting better. Seems that as new features are launched, the support team (sometimes) seems a little behind. But nothing has impeded the user experience for our customers. It's not cheap, but the return is well worth it.
If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!
Okendo has been a great addition to our review process. The platform’s user interface is incredibly intuitive, and navigating it across multiple regions is a breeze. Even more impressive is the support we’ve received—Ana and Scott have been there every step of the way with prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. We couldn’t be happier with Okendo and the team. Highly recommend!
Great customer service and have always been quick to reply and even give custom plans for our business use. Tons of app features. Only con I would say is that it is a little pricey with lots of paywalls but you get what you pay for.
