Amazing app and support

After looking at literally *every* review app on the app store (including ones starting with Y, J, L, S - you name it...which took days!) and preparing to accept many compromises, I came across Okendo and it is hands down the best review app there is. Simple to use with the ability to easily moderate reviews and reward customers. A big shout out as well to Josh. My widgets weren't displaying correctly (due to some bad code in my theme) and he was able to fix it via chat. He also explained how to get store reviews to come up and then helped me set them up. I couldn't have asked for more.

I was assessing a couple Review apps, and Okendo was by far the best. I'm not all too technical but setting it up was pretty easy as their UI was intuitive, and not only that, their support team is amazing. They're ACTUALLY helpful. I was working with both Laura and Josh, and they're amazing. I threw so many questions/requests at them, and they helped set things up on their end for me. They really went above and beyond and were patient all the way through. Their support team is the main reason why I went with Okendo. Overall, very happy with everything!

After searching high and low for a good reviews apps Okendo is simply the best, their widget customisation is top tier and their support is even better, I really love how there is multiple themes/layouts to the widgets. I had some troubles importing our reviews over and Angel went above and beyond to get it solved for me. I think app support is super important and Angel nailed it.

I do think there should be an in-between plan as the jump from $19US to $119 is quite big for a small growing brand but other than that I see no faults : - )

Beautiful review widgets, detailed, very responsive support team, easy to use and feature rich app. You have to pay a price based on the number of orders, but the app works really well and I think it's the best app in the review.
