Okendo is the best review app!! I use the free version and there is a lot of customizable options and widgets you can use on your store. The customer service is also AMAZING! If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!

We just launched our loyalty platform on Okendo and the support getting live has been great. Meriem from Okendo was really helpful answering all of our questions, troubleshooting issues, helping us configure the program and even working through some creative solutions around custom actions unique to our program. The reviews feature are alright but quite expensive.

We give 1 star because every single time we have an issue the customer service cannot help. It is like it young children working with absolutely no knowledge about the products and with no will to help either.

They do not listen, they do not read, and they do not help. They answer slow even on live-chat letting you wait as long as it takes ...

Great customer service and have always been quick to reply and even give custom plans for our business use. Tons of app features. Only con I would say is that it is a little pricey with lots of paywalls but you get what you pay for.

Worked flawless since start, never any problems. Good support and awesome customer success management.
