Okendo is great! Excellent app, great team. They are really responsive and helpful. The reviews app is easy to use and offers many features such as email followup, coupon incentives and photo sharing that you need on a modern shop. I've been using Okendo for over a year and will continue to do so.

We use this app for load verified buyer reviews onto our Shopify site and to load reviews onto our Google Shopping pages, and, so much more. We switched from a competitor and really, can't say enough great things about this company. The customer service has been solid and spot on, down to helping us design our widgets for incorporating reviews. Super smooth onboarding process. They walked us through every step and quickly addressed hickups. They were also very accommodating with our design customization requests and were able to make the emails and the website widget match our brand aesthetic and color scheme. Meriem is great! Amazing customer service and great product. I just had to contact CS, they responded within less than 15 mins even though it's night! Well worth the price for a serious business in my opinion!
