I couldn't rate the customer service higher for Okendo. If I could give it 6 out of 5 I would. They helped us pick the best features for our needs, showed us how to import reviews from a previous provider and had us up and running in no time. The hold up was our end.
If only everything else was this simple in eCommerce!

Getting started is easy—and definitely wasn't expecting to hear from a person, not a bot! Still a bit of a learning curve (like any tool), but a few hours in and I'm already excited about the experience I can give customers

the support is non existent. no tel support and the chat goes to Philippines that do not know anything or provide wrong information. literary spent 8 hours trying to get an answer cause it is 11 am here but 3 am there and they go to sleep after every time they reply, and you need to continue messaging trying to wake them up!
