Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The app is so easy to use and learn. A lot of cool features are available which make our work easy. The meeting we'd with Laura was so much productive, Laura is objective and help us a lot to update some options in our online stores. A great help to get more reviews. She was awesome and shared a lot of useful information, also made sure to answer all of our questions and doubts.

Fast and practical support, helped me in less than 15 minutes to solve my problem

We've been using Okendo Reviews for over 2 years and have been using the Loyalty program for at least 6 months. Everything works well, has great integration with Shopify and support is very good. The support side is getting better. Seems that as new features are launched, the support team (sometimes) seems a little behind. But nothing has impeded the user experience for our customers. It's not cheap, but the return is well worth it.

After conducting due diligence on all the major review sites, we finally stumbled upon Okendo and could not be happier. You're never going to get this combination of service, quality, and price anywhere else! We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

So happy with this product! I had been using Yotpo with other clients prior and had so many design issues and when I started my own brand I wanted something much more seamless and integrated with the design of our site. I had heard good things about Okendo and gave them a shot and wow, I'm thrilled I did! Customer support is also fantastic. 100% would recommend.

Team is awesome and fixed my issue within a day! I had trouble implementing reviews with a custom theme and within a day they implemented this into my store!
