Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Our onboarding and implementation across three sites has been fantastic. Allison and her team have been proactive in ensuring that we were up and running quickly and easily. Really excited to fully leverage all the available tools.

We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

Okendo is an incredible tool for capturing and responding to customer reviews, plus answering customer questions. I feel so much more connected to the customer because of this app, and I highly recommend it to all businesses looking to build a community around their brand.

So happy with this product! I had been using Yotpo with other clients prior and had so many design issues and when I started my own brand I wanted something much more seamless and integrated with the design of our site. Okendo came recommended by our dev partner, and it has proven to be a significant upgrade over our previous product review platform. It also allows us the ability to syndicate our reviews to our retail partner sites and 3rd party marketplaces. Their support team is also very helpful.
