We don't have a super straightforward Shopify store so the setup and onboarding for any app is often semi-complicated. Our Okendo onboarding expert Adrian was amazing--GREAT listener and problem-solver, quick to respond to questions, kept us on track to launch. Okendo as an app is flexible and easy enough for us to integrate our business, which we really love. And with Adrian's help, we're taking advantage of all Okendo has to offer.

Shiela has been extremely helpful in helping set up the Okendo integration with our site. She has been extremely responsive (even at odd hours) and very patient with all the requests I had for her. Her team never seized to amaze me as they made sure to address every concern I had and make our Okendo experience amazing! Best Review App on Shopify! I have used the most expensive review app and free ones. Okendo is the best platform to use. You have all the features and more to have a properly functioning review system at a fraction of the cost of competition. I recommend Okendo to anyone with a shopify store.

Since we’ve installed Okendo as our reviews platform, we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of reviews we collect! Our customers like how easy it is to ask a question and see pictures from other customers. We love the ability to collect customer attributes and incorporate them into our email marketing with Klaviyo. And they provide the best support I’ve ever seen—Amanda is awesome!!! Okendo should be on anyone’s short list when vetting reviews platforms. They offer a great feature set at much better value than other options.
