Pros: Great features, clean and intuitive user interface, and most especially it's fast!
Cons: For an expensive application like Okendo, you'll expect customer service support is top notch. It's not, it's one of the worst out there! They'd assign you a dedicated onboarding specialist but would not respond on a timely manner, their live chat takes ages to reply.
My onboarding with Brock was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me with my massive review uploads and always available to answer questions and connect me with the right person. would highly recommend asking for him for your onboarding process.
Overall I think Okendo is very easy to use, there definitely is room for improvements with reporting but I have given feedback and I know they are being worked this year!
Okendo has helped our website UI and UX. Good and fairly timely support available. Previously, Alannah, our on boarding person was great and very helpful and good at communitcation too.

We have had some technical issues with this app but they have now been resolved. Despite giving the app a four star rating, Paulo from tech support deserves a five star rating - very prompt, helpful, and courteous - we're very impressed!

Okendo works well for collecting reviews for us. The only drawback is that there is no integration with Braze, so it makes it more challenging for us to personalize our emails to our users.
best customer service i've experienced on an app ( Apart from wholesale gorilla!). Very quick to fix and always readily available to help.
Lost a star just because some features I would love have to be paid for (eg paid integration to make product specific reviews requests).
