so far I love it far better than any other apps Ive used!

The app is so easy to use and learn. A lot of cool features are available which make our work easy. The meeting we'd with Laura was so much productive, Laura is objective and help us a lot to update some options in our online stores. A great help to get more reviews. She was awesome and shared a lot of useful information, also made sure to answer all of our questions and doubts.

We only have wonderful things to say about Okendo – the app itself is worth its weight in gold (literally), and the support team have been nothing but helpful, prompt and friendly!
We would recommend Okendo over and over again.

We've been using Okendo Reviews for over 2 years and have been using the Loyalty program for at least 6 months. Everything works well, has great integration with Shopify and support is very good. The support side is getting better. Seems that as new features are launched, the support team (sometimes) seems a little behind. But nothing has impeded the user experience for our customers. We have had some technical issues with this app but they have now been resolved. Despite giving the app a four star rating, Paulo from tech support deserves a five star rating - very prompt, helpful, and courteous - we're very impressed!
