Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Great product, great service!

Really easy to use, looks nice, and is more reasonably priced than other services.

It does what it says on the tin. The reviews would be more powerful if there was the ability to review other "Types" of things, not just products... E.g. Blog Articles, or Recipes things like this. This would make it perfect for our needs (I asked about this, and the only way to achieve it is really v hacky)

THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY FAR IN A VERY LONG TIME. After it just didnt work out with another review app I have given it a last shot and tried Okendo. Okendo looks great and covers all the bases. Beautiful review widgets, loyalty program, referral program, quizzes and surveys. It's convenient to have everything in one place and the customer service has been excellent.

Great Staff from the united states that care about their clients. what more do you want. plus their app generates more reviews than their competitors. are there some drawbacks. sure, but so far so good.

I was puzzled by the distorted display of my reviews, so I reached out to support and received a reply in just 3-5 minutes. Luigi was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I highly recommend this app.

A set it and forget it app which is what we always want. It has beautiful display options and integrates with our rewards platform to push reviews by offering store credit. The customer service is also top notch
