Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We recently transitioned from Yotpo and have really enjoyed working with Okendo - the customer service is excellent and it has great features that are easy to implement! We'd really like to see more customization options for the email sends, but otherwise a really great tool!

We are collecting valuable feedback with our customers through the Okendo reviews app. The layout is perfect and we love the ability to publicly reply to reviews and questions. We cannot wait to be able to filter by user attributes.

So far, so good - reviews look great, integrations work well, and the Okendo team have been super helpful and available even considering time differences. Also very helpful with importing reviews from another platform.

Brilliant service - Okendo has really helped our brand with conversion. As a lingerie brand in an online space, sizing can be difficult if you're unsure about purchasing from a new brand, but the honesty from our existing customers has been great at helping new people with their browsing experience. We had a super positive experience with our account manager, Carly, too. She made sure our widget was customised to blend in seamlessly with our site and also helped with tutorials via video calls after the installation, so we could get the app up and running quickly!
