Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Have been using Okendo to collect high quality verified reviews. It's easy to sort and filter reviews on site, helping nudge customers to purchase. Our rep Kelsey is always available, helpful, and proactive at sharing new features.

We recently launched Okendo Reviews and FK Loyalty, and the experience has been excellent.

The platform is powerful and flexible, especially for grouping products by style, collecting attribute-based reviews like quality, sizing, and design, and building a loyalty program that aligns with our brand and customer experience.

What really stands out is the support. Rodrigo was responsive, proactive, and solutions-focused throughout setup and launch. Every question we had was handled quickly and clearly.

We have been using Okendo for Reviews and Loyalty for about 3 months. The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Their pricing is very competitive as well. Most importantly the customer service is excellent! My CSR Marrisa is always looking for ways to optimize/grow my account. Coming up with new ideas, and also checking in on performance to make sure we meeting or exceeding benchmarks. Highly recommended!!

I've really enjoyed using Okendo as our Reviews app for the past two years. It's easy to use, has great integrations and features and Okendo team members are always knowledgeable and willing to hop on a call to make sure that you are getting the best use from the app.

We use Okendo for Surveys, Reviews, and recently added in Quizzes. Everything is so user-friendly and quick/easy to launch without a developer. The team is so fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! Chelsea was able to get our quiz live within a week with all the design updates we needed, taking over project management entirely. Brittany, our CSM, proactively highlights new features and makes them easy to implement. Overall, Okendo offers high-touch support & guidance and has meaningfully improved our on-site experience.
