AMAZING! I love this app so much. It allows customers to leave super detailed reviews, plus the added feature to add photographs to their reviews. The team have been helpful with rolling out a few changes over the last few months. Highly recommend.

Having tried almost all of the other popular and heavily advertised apps, they all had slight issues. A lot of them slowed my website down horrendously, or didn't look great or had a poorly crafted customer experience. I've now had Okendo for about 6 months, and I love it, my customers love it, my website speed loves it, and my reviews are now displaying properly on google. I think it's a tiny bit more expensive than the other apps - but it is well worth it - It just works, and the support team (who I've only really had to contact because I upgraded my theme or hadn't read the excellent support material fully) are so responsive and quick to help.
Excellent app that has generated incredible reviews for both our AU and USA Shopify websites! Love the integration and how you can tailor the look and feel to suit your brand. Amazing customer service from Norma, she is so helpful and quick to respond!
