The on-boarding experience was very smooth with structured interactions to begin with to understand the requirements, continuous updates during the implementation and quick responses to support questions during the launch time. The app's UI is clutter-free and very easy to comprehend and use. We would strongly recommend using Okendo's review pp with Shopify stores.
So far, so good - reviews look great, integrations work well, and the Okendo team have been super helpful and available even considering time differences. Also very helpful with importing reviews from another platform.
Brilliant service - Okendo has really helped our brand with conversion. As a lingerie brand in an online space, sizing can be difficult if you're unsure about purchasing from a new brand, but the honesty from our existing customers has been great at helping new people with their browsing experience. We had a super positive experience with our account manager, Carly, too. She made sure our widget was customised to blend in seamlessly with our site and also helped with tutorials via video calls after the installation, so we could get the app up and running quickly! Okendo is the best review collection app on the Shopify app store. Not only is it priced extremely fairly but the backend is so aesthetic and easy to use. Everything is so customizable and their support team is amazing. They reply very quickly and have solved every problem we have run into. Highly recommend!

This app has been so good for the social proof of our business! We started using another review app but switched to Okendo and it has been so much better! Way more functionality and we get more reviews than we did with the previous app. I have been working with Shiela on integrating some of the app features and she was amazing to work with!
