We've had Okendo for quite a bit now. Love all the features and the ability to customize the app to fit in flawlessly with the design of our website. Laura has also been extremely helpful in providing insights into better utilizing the platform and gave recommendations to optimize for reviews.

Coming across from Yotpo, the Okendo platform has altogether been superior not just from a functionality stand point but also from a price perspective for what it offers. It is key that we work with a reliable reviews partner as these tools go a long way in building credibility & trust with our customers. It would be great if all their integrations available in the USA were also offered in Australia, but overall, I’d still give them a strong rating. Amanda has played a key role in keeping our account on track and ensuring we receive the necessary support. It's been a pretty seamless experience overall.
