Okendo not only provides a great depth of products, bundled into one package, but their Customer Support is top-notch and have always helped us to solve our problems and come up with solutions that aren't always straight out of the box. Shout-out to our Rep, Shiela, for always being able to help.
We’ve been using Okendo across our three brands and it’s been a really solid experience.
It’s pretty easy to use, and getting reviews set up and live on our site is usually a smooth process. Reviews are a big part of marketing our old and new products that we’re constantly promoting in new ways.
Also have to shout out our CSM, Kelsey, who’s been great to work with. Super responsive and very helpful, which makes a big difference.
Overall, it’s been a really valuable tool for us and something we rely on pretty heavily!
Okendo has been so beneficial for our company! There are so many different features that allow for maximum growth and opportunity. It has made such a big difference in our sales and staying organized when it comes to our reviews.
