We've been using Okendo Reviews for over six years, and it has been an excellent experience. The platform is easy to use and set up, and whenever we need assistance, their customer care team is always there to help.
Recently, we expanded our plan to include Loyalty, Referrals, and Quizzes, and the Okendo team did an AMAZING job! They handled everything—from project management and migration to design, launch support, and even fine-tuning the details post-launch. Their support has been outstanding every step of the way.

We’ve had a really great experience using the Okendo app to manage our customer reviews. It works smoothly with our Shopify store and now we’re even able to sync reviews with TikTok Shop!

Coming across from Yotpo, the Okendo platform has altogether been superior not just from a functionality stand point but also from a price perspective for what it offers. It is key that we work with a reliable reviews partner as these tools go a long way in building credibility & trust with our customers. It would be great if all their integrations available in the USA were also offered in Australia, but overall, I’d still give them a strong rating. Amanda has played a key role in keeping our account on track and ensuring we receive the necessary support. It's been a pretty seamless experience overall.
