Very Professional and Efficient Technical Support!

We have been using Okendo for a while for our reviews, and we transitioned our loyalty program over to Okendo a few months ago. Both programs are easy to set up & navigate. Our Account Manager is always helpful, and their chat feature in platform is helpful for smaller questions.

I love how flexible the templates are and how well it connects with Klaviyo, which makes automating reviews and emails so smooth.
