Very Professional and Efficient Technical Support!
Our team encountered an issue with custom styling while using the app, hoping to guide customers to view reviews more easily. We decided to contact Okendo's customer support to give it a try.

The support specialist, Paulo, responded very quickly. He was not only professional and patient in understanding our needs but also provided a precise CSS snippet that perfectly solved our problem. The entire communication process was very pleasant, and we could feel his solid technical skills and customer-centric service attitude.

This experience has greatly increased our appreciation for the Okendo app. A great product requires not only powerful features but also professional, efficient, and friendly technical support behind it. Kudos to Paulo and the Okendo team! Highly recommended!

We use Okendo for Surveys, Reviews, and recently added in Quizzes. Everything is so user-friendly and quick/easy to launch without a developer. The team is so fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! Chelsea was able to get our quiz live within a week with all the design updates we needed, taking over project management entirely. Brittany, our CSM, proactively highlights new features and makes them easy to implement. Overall, Okendo offers high-touch support & guidance and has meaningfully improved our on-site experience.

I’ve been using Okendo for a while now, and honestly, the app itself is fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible — it does what it’s supposed to do.
But the customer service? Absolutely awful.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience deserves it.
Shiela, in particular, has been one of the most unhelpful support reps I’ve ever dealt with. She never replies on time, never follows up, and never actually resolves anything. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a simple update and she still hasn’t bothered to come back to me. It’s like sending messages into a void.

For an app that charges this much, you’d expect basic customer service — not radio silence.
At this point, I honestly don’t recommend Okendo at all. The tool might be okay, but if something goes wrong, good luck getting anyone to actually help you.
