The timing of your sign-up was unfortunate, since you joined just as we were transitioning from a free beta period into a paid plan, where high-touch customer service is a priority. While many users had been using the app for free for months, your experience felt different because of the sudden switch, and because we did not immediately update the Shopify App Store listing.
