It is very convenient and easy to customize the zipcode and the display by country. I chatted with them when a glitch occurred and was very satisfied with their very courteous and prompt customer support response.

Powerful App. I installed 6 of their competitors before I went with this. I had to see how easy it would be to operate the app and it's functionality. This app won in Pricing and in features. The "Privacy" info box is SO HELPFUL! Wonderful app, easy to use and perfect placement. Definitely helps with Conversions. Add to carts increased over the past few days since installing, especially since I ship heavy products.

I used this app as it allowed me more flexiability to offer estimated delivery times of various vendors and products. Works brilliantly! I asked the devs various questions regarding how to do things and they always got back to me very quickly, with the answer. Very friendly, great service and a great app!

I downloaded this app because I ship from multiple locations and I need customers to know when I need to source things from our offsite warehouse vs them being on hand. Before, I was using the “back ordered text” function to inform customers. However this required my qty to be set to 0 in order for this text to show up. Of course, this affected sales on other platforms because the majority of my stock was “out of stock”, when actually I wanted to inform customers that the items would have a longer handling time. This solution allowed me to display different handling times depending on the collection. There is also an option to do it by zip codes. Maybe I’ll use that functionality later. I got tons of hand-holding and support from the team. They stayed with me until everything was up and running. Great app.

It's exactly what I needed to organize my shipping times and convey more transparency to customers. At first it didn't integrate well with my theme, but the lightning-fast customer service team went ahead and promptly fixed it for me.
