I use this app to let my customers know how quickly we are currently processing orders. This app allows my customers to know exactly what timeframes they can expect their orders to be ready for shipping. I have been using it for years. a little complicated to work with but customer service has been very helpful with the issues. Vincent ws very persistent in fixing the issue I had today and very patient with me walking me through the info needed
