The support team behind the Syntrack EDD app has been excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the setup. They guided us through configuring complex rule-based estimated shipping dates, and their assistance made the process straightforward. A great addition to our store with great support.

We tried every other app and this is the only one that actually works. Customer service is outstanding. Our inventory is complex: we carry in-stock items and drop-ship others with “Continue selling when out of stock” enabled. Their team guided us through setup and configured tailored rules for each scenario.

Very responsive support, we had to set up some multiple rules over a period of a few days and had to reach out to support a few times for additional clarification and some minor tweaks to be done and within literally 30 seconds we get response from Cam and she helps us sort it out within minutes.
At onboarding we had a live one on one session to set us up within minutes too.
